Differences in Education Systems

Bulgarian education system is very similar to Canadian one. Although, they have many differences. First off all, the Bulgarian education is very cheap. For example, the high school is absolutely free and the Government Universities is almost free, or very cheap. So, everybody can afford. However, all the Universities have very hard incoming exam. Each University has own speared one. Next, Bulgarian schools do not have electives. This means that all the students have the same subjects and they do not have chose for them. It doesn’t matters what they are interested in, or do not interested in. Also, In Bulgarian schools students never eat in class rooms. There are special places for eating in the breaks. They buy from there foods and drinks. Students never bring from home food.

On the other hand, Canadian education is very expensive, because same high schools are paid and all the Universities are very expensive. The students usually have to take students loan if they want to study. Only few can afford to pay the tuition by them self. Even though the education is expensive is easy to get into the University because there is no incoming exam. Unlike Bulgarian schools, Canadians one offers elective subjects. The basic subjects are the same, but mostly you can chose to study what you are interested in. Finally, in Canada students often eat in the class rooms and they usually bring food from home. The mothers always have to worry to prepare the food for school to their children. Even though, Canadian and Bulgarian education system are different , we have to respect both.
